通过对9600kW大功率机车E级钢杆件焊补表面延迟裂纹的试验研究,确定了E级钢杆件在一定的焊接条件下延迟裂纹的孕育周期,分析了裂纹产生的原因和影响因素,并针对这些影响因素做出了相应的工艺改进,最终产品的表面裂纹大大减少,满足了客户的交付进度与质量要求.
通過對9600kW大功率機車E級鋼桿件銲補錶麵延遲裂紋的試驗研究,確定瞭E級鋼桿件在一定的銲接條件下延遲裂紋的孕育週期,分析瞭裂紋產生的原因和影響因素,併針對這些影響因素做齣瞭相應的工藝改進,最終產品的錶麵裂紋大大減少,滿足瞭客戶的交付進度與質量要求.

Through studying the delayed cracks of g 600 kW big power locomotive grade E steel casting links, the inoculation period of the casting under certain welding condition were confirmed. The forming reason of the cracks was analyzed, and after the process was improved, the surface cracks decrease dramatically. Finally the delivery schedule and the quality requirment were satisfied.
