研究了ZnO晶须、纳米氧化锌对白炭黑填充三元乙丙橡胶力学性能和形态的影响.结果表明,四针状氧化锌晶须的引入,在小体积分数(<2.3%)下使乙丙橡胶的强度升高、定伸应力增加,伸长率和硬度变化较小,晶须的补强作用强于纳米氧化锌、晶须的刺状结构在补强方面有重要作用.

It was explored the effects of ZnO whisker and ZnO nano particles on the mechanical properties and morphology of EPDM rubber reinforced by silica.The result showed that.the induction of ZnO whisker at the low volume ratio(<2.3%),greatly improved the tensile strength and the stress at the elongation of 300%,while the elongation at break,hardness and rigidity changed little.The reinforcing effects of ZnO whisker was stronger than nano particles,the tetrapod-like structure of ZnO whisker played a important role in reinforcement.
