对选育出的4个耐盐小麦新品系987705、9876、 986515、985501进行了耐盐发芽、盆栽、小区试验及生态适应性的区域试验,以新冬26号、轮抗6号和德选1号为对照.试验结果表明:盐浓度在1.2%时,各品系发芽率的大小为987705>9876>986515>新冬26号>988501>轮抗6号>德选1号,其中,轮抗6号、德选1号发芽率低于50%.在以氯化物-硫酸盐为主的盆栽试验及小区比较试验中,土壤盐分含量为1.0%时,987705产量要高于对照新冬26号和轮抗6号,988501、986515的产量与新冬26号相近而高于轮抗6号.4个耐盐小麦新品系在轻度~中度盐渍化地上的生态区域适应试验中,常规管理条件下,均正常生长发育,全生育期均未表现出盐害现象,具有植株较矮、穗较长、小穗多、穗粒数多、籽粒大等特点,具有较高的生产效益.
對選育齣的4箇耐鹽小麥新品繫987705、9876、 986515、985501進行瞭耐鹽髮芽、盆栽、小區試驗及生態適應性的區域試驗,以新鼕26號、輪抗6號和德選1號為對照.試驗結果錶明:鹽濃度在1.2%時,各品繫髮芽率的大小為987705>9876>986515>新鼕26號>988501>輪抗6號>德選1號,其中,輪抗6號、德選1號髮芽率低于50%.在以氯化物-硫痠鹽為主的盆栽試驗及小區比較試驗中,土壤鹽分含量為1.0%時,987705產量要高于對照新鼕26號和輪抗6號,988501、986515的產量與新鼕26號相近而高于輪抗6號.4箇耐鹽小麥新品繫在輕度~中度鹽漬化地上的生態區域適應試驗中,常規管理條件下,均正常生長髮育,全生育期均未錶現齣鹽害現象,具有植株較矮、穗較長、小穗多、穗粒數多、籽粒大等特點,具有較高的生產效益.

Four new lines of salt-tolerant wheat lines were chosen to study their salt enduring and suitability characteristics by pot and plot tests. The results show that, compared with Xindong No.26, Lunkang No.6 and Dexuan No.1 as the control, the new wheat salt-tolerant lines 987705, 9876, 986515, 985501 have stronger salt-tolerance and higher yielding capacity in saline soil tests. When soil salinity is 1.2%, the germination rate of different lines is in the order of 987705>9876>986515>Xindong No.26>988501>50%>Lunkang No.6>Dexuan No.1. The new lines of salt-tolerant wheat can normally develop in the soil at salinity <1.0%, showing no salt injury in the whole growth period. Their primary agronomic properties are characterized as short stalks, long spikes, lots of little spikes, more grains per spike, big grains and so on, which result in high benefit of production.
