在传统检测原理及方法的基础上,设计了一种凝血检测装置.重点对检测装置的机械部分进行了改善,选择微流控芯片替代传统的玻璃试管作为检测容器.实验结果表明,与传统玻璃试管相比,采用微流控芯片作为检测容器,试剂混合均匀,检测结果的重复性好.

Using the traditional measurement principle and method,a novel coagulation measurement apparatus was designed.The mechanical part of the apparatus was improved.The microfluidic chip was used to substitute for traditional test tube as sample container.The working principle,cirucuit design and software design are described.The experimental results demonstrate that compared with test tube,the microfluidic chip can mix reagent and plasma more homogeneously and the test results have better reproducibility.
