建立了HPLC法测定人血浆中的茶碱和多索茶碱.采用C_(18)色谱柱,以咖啡因为内标,甲醇-水(23:77)为流动相,检测波长273 nm.血浆经甲醇沉淀蛋白后直接进样.茶碱和多索茶碱在2.5~40μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,日内、日间RSD均小于5.2%.
建立瞭HPLC法測定人血漿中的茶堿和多索茶堿.採用C_(18)色譜柱,以咖啡因為內標,甲醇-水(23:77)為流動相,檢測波長273 nm.血漿經甲醇沉澱蛋白後直接進樣.茶堿和多索茶堿在2.5~40μg/ml濃度範圍內線性關繫良好,日內、日間RSD均小于5.2%.

An HPLC method was established for the determination of theophyUine and doxofyline in human plasma.A C_(18) column was used,with caffeine as internal standard and the mobile phase of methanol-water(23:77)at 273 nm.The plasma samples were injcoted directly after precipitation by methan01.The calibration curves of theophylline and doxofylline were linear in the concentration range of 2.5-40μg/ml.The intra-and inter-day RSDs WgTe less than 5.2%.
