In this paper, we principally introduce the concept of Ni-injective semimodules, combining the the-ories of injective modules and injective semimodules with Ni-injective semimodules, we get some properties of Ni-injective semimodules, which are the generalization of some properties of N-injective modules and injective semimodules.
