Ephedra%flavonoids%ultrasonic method
采用了超声波法从青海产麻黄草中提取黄酮,并从料液比,乙醇浓度,提取时间三个方面进行了对麻黄草提取效率进行了研究,通过紫外分光光度法测定了黄酮的含量.分析结果表明,最佳的提取工艺为乙醇浓度90%,料液比为1∶9,提取时间为90min.
採用瞭超聲波法從青海產痳黃草中提取黃酮,併從料液比,乙醇濃度,提取時間三箇方麵進行瞭對痳黃草提取效率進行瞭研究,通過紫外分光光度法測定瞭黃酮的含量.分析結果錶明,最佳的提取工藝為乙醇濃度90%,料液比為1∶9,提取時間為90min.

The ultrasonic method extraction of flavonoids from qinghai ephedra,and from solid to liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction time of three aspects of the extraction efficiency of Ephedra were study byUVspectrophotometry of the flavonoids.The results showed that the optimum extraction process was 90% ethanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶9,the extraction time is 90min.
