The problem and countermeasure of organic chemistry teaching have been discussed. The functional group, structure and character of organic compound have been bound with nephelauxetic effect and electron pair leaning theory. The organic chemical reaction mechanism have been explained with electron cloud distributing effect, electron pair leaning and part electric charge theory. Combined with thermodynamics and kinetics principle, the famous organic reaction have been explained. It is beneficial to enthusiastic of student. Teaching and learning promote and enhance each other.
