An analysis of the clinical manifestation and management of pelvic fracture in recent 7 years is presented. There were 27 males and 8 females. The age ranged from 2 years to 14 years. Some 89% of pelvic fractures were due to traffic accidents. All of them had two or more associated injuries, including; injury of big vessels in 3 cases, retroperitoneal hematoma in 4, urethra and bladder injuries in 15, rupture of vagina in 3. The diagnosis and treatment of the major associated injuries were discussed in the text.
