目的探讨1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)合并心肌损伤的疗效.方法随机分成治疗组和对照组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用FDP 0.25~0.4g/(kg·次),1 次d静滴,10 d为一疗程,治疗前后均进行心肌酶测定.结果治疗组临床症状改善及心肌酶恢复效果均优于对照组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 FDP对HIE时的脑损伤及心肌损伤均有良好效果.
目的探討1,6-二燐痠果糖(FDP)治療新生兒缺氧缺血性腦病(HIE)閤併心肌損傷的療效.方法隨機分成治療組和對照組,均給予常規治療,治療組加用FDP 0.25~0.4g/(kg·次),1 次d靜滴,10 d為一療程,治療前後均進行心肌酶測定.結果治療組臨床癥狀改善及心肌酶恢複效果均優于對照組,兩組差異有顯著性(P<0.05).結論 FDP對HIE時的腦損傷及心肌損傷均有良好效果.
목적탐토1,6-이린산과당(FDP)치료신생인결양결혈성뇌병(HIE)합병심기손상적료효.방법수궤분성치료조화대조조,균급여상규치료,치료조가용FDP 0.25~0.4g/(kg·차),1 차d정적,10 d위일료정,치료전후균진행심기매측정.결과치료조림상증상개선급심기매회복효과균우우대조조,량조차이유현저성(P<0.05).결론 FDP대HIE시적뇌손상급심기손상균유량호효과.
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of fructose - 1,6 -diphosphate (FDP) in neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) with myocardial injury. Methods: We treated 43 cases of neonate HIE with myocardial injury by routine Ireatment and fructose - 1,6 -diphosphate separately, then compared the time of recovery of clinical symptoms and heart enzymes. Results: There was a remarkable difference between them both in the recovery of clinical symptoms and heart enzymes. Conclusions: FDP is effective to treat both brain and myocardial injury of HIE.
