联合使用TiO2催化串联电极法和絮凝法处理染料废水.研究结果表明:在电压为9V、电极间距1.0cm、电解时间90min、pH为5~6的最佳处理条件下,使用TiO2催化串联电极法处理南方印染有限公司的废水,其脱色率达到96.0%以上,COD降解率在80.0%左右.该方法比传统方法处理效果好、适用范围广、应用前景广阔.

Dyestuff wastewater has been treated by TiO2 cascade catalytic electrode and coagulation method. The re-suits show that when the electric pressure is 9 V, electrode distant 1.0 cm, electrolysis time 90 min and pH ranges from 5 to 6, TiO2 cascade catalytic electrode is used for treating the wastewater in the South Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. Its decolorization rate can be over 96.0% and the removal rate of COD is around 80.0% under the opti-mum conditions. It is better than traditional methods, having wider adjustability and application prospect.
