Biomedical porous titanium and its alloys have found their wide uses in clinic treatment due to their osteo-induc-tion and facilitation of bone bonding by promoting bone tissue growing into the material. This paper reviewed the recent pro-gresses in the R & D of porous titanium and its alloys with respect to their design,fabrication,and surface modification.
