以平均聚合度10以下的寡糖为目标产物,将褐藻胶经不同浓度过氧化氢,在不同温度和反应时间下降解,筛选出最佳降解条件,以此降解条件下制备的寡糖对7种常见细菌和真菌进行抑菌实验.结果表明:过氧化氢体积百分比浓度3%、温度80℃、反应1.5~2 h为最佳降解条件;寡糖对细菌的生长有明显的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及藤黄微球菌为0.625%、枯草芽孢杆菌为2.5%,寡糖对真菌抑制作用不显著.

In order to obtain oligosaccharide with average degree of polymerization 10 below, alginate was degraded by H_2O_2 with different concentrations, at different temperature and reaction time, the best condition of degradation was selected. The oligosaccharides prepared under the best condition were used to carry on antibacterial experiments on seven kinds of common bacteria and fungi. The results showed that H_2O_2 with 3% concentration, temperature at 80℃, reaction time at 1.5-2.0 h was the best degradation condition. Oligosaccharide inhibited the growth of bacteria obviously, the MIC of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Micracaccus luteus were 0.625%, Bacillus subtilis at 2.5%. However, inhibition of fungi was not significant.
