采用相互联系的协调互换原则对薄壳、低刚度复合材料口盖的互换性进行了设计.以某型无人机单曲面,双曲面口盖的互换性要求为例,运用飞机制造过程中的协调路线技术、工装设计和容差分配技术,实现了某型元人机复合材抖口盖的互换,并经小批量试生产验证了本文所采用的协调互换原则和方法.

Using the interchangeability and coordination principles, the interchangeahility of the compos-ite material covers with flimsy rind and low rigidity is studied. Taking the demand for the interchange-ability of single and double curve covers of one certain unmaned aerial vehicle(UAV) as an example, the interchangeability of the composite material cover is achieved based on the techniques of coordinating route,technics equipment design and admitting error distribution. A small batch productions verify that the interchangeability and the coordination principle are available and effective.
