目的探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤围术期的观察及护理措施.方法对15例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤手术患者,术前适当心理护理,充分减压、扩容,纠正心律失常,饮食护理,术中严密监测动脉血压、中心静脉压(CVP)、心电图、血氧饱和度等各项指标的变化,术后继续密切监测血压、CVP、尿量等,并加强并发症的观察和护理,给予各种针对性护理措施.结果本组15例患者手术顺利,术后出现低血压和低血糖各1例,经扩容升压和高糖治疗,血压和血糖恢复正常,15例患者均康复出院.结论充分做好术前准备和术中、术后密切观察、精心护理是提高手术成功的关键.
목적 탐토신상선기락세포류위술기적관찰급호리조시.방법 대15례신상선기락세포류수술환자,술전괄당심리호리,충분감압、확용,규정심률실상,음식호리,술중엄밀감측동맥혈압、중심정맥압(CVP)、심전도、혈양포화도등각항지표적변화,술후계속밀절감측혈압、CVP、뇨량등,병가강병발증적관찰화호리,급여각충침대성호리조시.결과 본조15례환자수술순리,술후출현저혈압화저혈당각1례,경확용승압화고당치료,혈압화혈당회복정상,15례환자균강복출원.결론 충분주호술전준비화술중、술후밀절관찰、정심호리시제고수술성공적관건.
Objective To discuss the observation and nursing of adrenal pheochromocytoma during the perioperative period.Methods 15 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma patients were nursed with preoperative psychological care,corrected the arrhythmia,and cared to the diet.The arterial blood pressure,CVP,ECG and SPO2.were closely monitored during the intraoperative period.And continue to closely monitor the BP,CVP,ECG and urine after the operation.Strengthen the observation and to deal with the complications in time,care were given to a variety of measures targeted.Results All cases of patients were with a smooth and discharged.Two cases had postoperative hypotension or low blood sugar,but by the expansion of the treatment of step-up and high-sugar,the blood pressure and blood sugar returned to normal.Conclusions Keeping the preparation and the close observation berore and during the surgery,and the surgical care after the operation sufficiently,is the important key to success
