目的探讨社区健康教育对原发性高血压患者生活方式的影响.方法通过讲座及咨询、播放录像、发放健康教育资料的方式对268例原发性高血压患者进行心理护理、指导合理的膳食、适时适量运动,同时做好血压监测、按时服药及社区健康教育,并观察其效果,进行t检验和χ2检验.结果健康教育前、后原发性高血压患者血压控制效果比较差异显著;健康教育前、后生活方式改变程度比较差异显著.结论通过进行社区健康教育,可提高患者对原发性高血压的认知,有利于建立健康的生活方式,提高血压控制效果.

Objective To discuss the influence of community health education on the life style of patients with primary hypertension. Methods In the form of lectures, consultation, playing video tape and delivering materials in health education, the community health education concerning psychological nursing, proper food program, timely and reasonable sport, monitoring of blood pressure and timely taking medicine was carried out in 268 patients with hypertension. The effect also was observed using t test and χ2 test. Results The differences between the effect of blood pressure control in patients with hypertension before and after education had statistical significance. The changes of life style before and after education also had statistical significance. Conclusions After the community health education, the patients with primary hypertension will know more about the hypertension, which is beneficial for them to form a healthy life style to improve the effect of blood pressure control.
