目的 观察甘油致小鼠急性肾脏损伤后肾脏修复的情况.方法 肌肉注射甘油致小鼠发生急性肾脏损伤后出取肾脏组织,于损伤后的不同时间点进行肾脏组织形态学检测;同时,应用免疫组织化学技术检测核增殖抗原在肾脏组织的表达情况,分析肾脏损伤后的修复情况.结果 肌肉注射甘油3 d后小鼠开始出现急性肾脏损害的表现.主要表现为肾脏肿胀,肾脏指数增加,实验组与对照组相比t=2.262,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,肾小管腔内出现大量蛋白质样物质沉积,肾小管上皮细胞变性,坏死.于肌肉注射甘油3 d后,免疫组织化学技术检测显示,小鼠损伤肾脏的肾小管出现大量核增殖抗原表达阳性的再生小管上皮细胞.结论 肾小管损伤后,可以出现肾小管上皮细胞增殖进行损伤的修复.
目的 觀察甘油緻小鼠急性腎髒損傷後腎髒脩複的情況.方法 肌肉註射甘油緻小鼠髮生急性腎髒損傷後齣取腎髒組織,于損傷後的不同時間點進行腎髒組織形態學檢測;同時,應用免疫組織化學技術檢測覈增殖抗原在腎髒組織的錶達情況,分析腎髒損傷後的脩複情況.結果 肌肉註射甘油3 d後小鼠開始齣現急性腎髒損害的錶現.主要錶現為腎髒腫脹,腎髒指數增加,實驗組與對照組相比t=2.262,P<0.05,差異有統計學意義,腎小管腔內齣現大量蛋白質樣物質沉積,腎小管上皮細胞變性,壞死.于肌肉註射甘油3 d後,免疫組織化學技術檢測顯示,小鼠損傷腎髒的腎小管齣現大量覈增殖抗原錶達暘性的再生小管上皮細胞.結論 腎小管損傷後,可以齣現腎小管上皮細胞增殖進行損傷的脩複.

Objective To observe the renal regeneration after acute renal injury established by glycerin administration in mice. Methods The mouse model was established by glycerin administration. Histological e-valuation was performed via routine methods. Dynamic regeneration of renal was accessed by detecting proliferating cell nuclear antigen using immunohistochemical staining. Results At 3th day after glycerin administration , kidney tissues were collected and evaluated. Kidney swelled and renal index increased (compaired to control mice,t=2. 262 ,P<0.05). Renal tubules were filled with proteins mass. Renal tubele cells suffered with degeneration, necrosis and desquamation could be found. Renal regeneration in tubeles was detected by measuring proliferating cell nuclear antigen. Conclusions Renal regeneration originates from residual tubular cells after renal injury in mice model.
