目的 探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hey)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、叶酸(FA)、维生素B12(VitB12)水平变化与急性脑梗死(ACI)的关系.方法 测定110例ACI患者及51例健康对照者的血浆Hey、ET、NO、FA、VitB12含量.结果 ACI组血浆Hey[(17±5)μmol/L]、ET[(33±19)μmol/L]显著高于对照组[(10±3)μmol/L、(20±13)wnol/L],P<0.01;NO[(40±7)μmol/L]、FA[(8±4)ng/ml]、VitB12[(247±119)pg/ml]的水平低于对照组[(60±6)μmoL/L、(10±4)ng/ml、(412±194)pg/ml],P<0.01.结论 本研究对于患者病情观察、预后判断具有重要意义,尤其是在患者中推行加服FA和VitB12等制剂,为ACI的预防和治疗开辟了新的途径.

Objective To investigate the changes of plasm levels of homocysteincand (Hey),endothelin(ET),mononitrogen monoxide(NO), folio acid (FA) and vitamine B12 (VitB12) in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods Series of items of Hcy,ET, NO,FA and VitB12 from 110 cerebral infarction patients and 51 healthy individuals were deteete by DS30Hcy made by DREW and immulite impatus. Results The Hcy [(17±5)μmol/L] and ET[(33±19)μmol/L] values were increased in cerebral infarction group compared with that in control group [(10±3)μmol/L, (20±13)μmol/L respectively], and the difference were significant(P <0. 01). While values of NO[(40±7)μmol/L,FA[(8±4)ng/ml] and VitB12 [(247±119) pg/ml] were decreased compared with control group [(60±6)μmol/L,(10±4)ng/ml,(412±194) ng/ml respectively in correspondence],and the difference were significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The surveillance of plasma Hcy, ET, NO, FA and VitB12 values are essential to the observation of the state of illness and prognosis,especially the gnidenee of clinical medication of prescription of FA and VitB12 to acute cerebral infarction patients.
