对淬火机冷却水压力进行自动控制,在工况不稳定时会出现水压波动的情况,经过对压力控制特点较为仔细的分析,并结合数字 PID 调节方法进行试验,反复分析实验误差产生的原因,利用模糊逻辑智能控制方法理论,结合莱钢实际通过模糊推理运算,经 PLC 实现自适应模糊 PID 控制以保证系统在复杂工况条件下始终具有最佳控制性能。

Water pressure fluctuation occurs in unstable working condition when auto-matic control is made on cooling water pressure of the quenching machine. The pressure control characteristics are analyzed in detail. The tests are conducted by the digital PID control method. The causes of experimental errors are analyzed repeatedly. On the basis of the practice of Laiwu Iron & Steel Co, the fuzzy inference operation is conducted by the theory of fuzzy logic intelligent control method. The adaptive fuzzy PID control is realized to ensure that the system always has the best control performance in complex working condi-tions.
