我国已经初步建立了多元化的环境纠纷解决机制,然而各种环境纠纷解决方法之间缺乏沟通和协调,同时,各种环境纠纷解决方法本身存在诸多问题。论文意在反思我国环境纠纷解决机制在立法和司法中存在的问题,重构一个科学、系统、高效环境纠纷解决机制。

Although a multiplex resolution system of environmental disputes has been constructed in China,there is no communication and coordination between these resolutions.In addition,these resolutions have many defects.The main purpose of this article is to make some reflection on the prevailing legislative and judicial system,as well as to reconstruct a scientific,systematic and efficient mechanism of resolution for the environmental disputes.
