目的观察实验动物肺移植后肺功能等恢复情况。方法用犬及牛做左肺自体及异体移植各4次。结果移植肺通气及换气功能正常,移植后动物恢复自主呼吸,能站立行走。结论本方法可供做动物的肺移植实验,为临床开展肺移植做准备。

목적관찰실험동물폐이식후폐공능등회복정황。방법용견급우주좌폐자체급이체이식각4차。결과이식폐통기급환기공능정상,이식후동물회복자주호흡,능참립행주。결론본방법가공주동물적폐이식실험,위림상개전폐이식주준비。
Objective To observe the function of transplanted lung and postoperative restoration in experimental animals. Methods Four left lung autotransplantation and four left lung allotransplantation were performed on dogs and cows. Results After transplantation, the functions of ventilation and gas transfer in the transplanted lung were normal. The animals restored spontaneous respiration. The dogs could stand up and walk. Conclusion This experimental methods provide an operative procedure of lung transplantation on animal, and could be a preparatory step for further clinical lung transplantation practice.
