目的:研究棉团铁线莲(Clematis hexapetala Pall.)的干燥根及根茎的化学成分.方法:利用溶剂提取、硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等技术进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从中分离得到1个葡萄糖基萘类化合物,鉴定为5,8-二氢-6-甲基萘-1,4-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (1).结论:该化合物为一新化合物,丰富了棉团铁线莲的化学成分.
目的:研究棉糰鐵線蓮(Clematis hexapetala Pall.)的榦燥根及根莖的化學成分.方法:利用溶劑提取、硅膠柱色譜和高效液相色譜等技術進行分離、純化,根據理化性質和波譜數據鑒定化閤物的結構.結果:從中分離得到1箇葡萄糖基萘類化閤物,鑒定為5,8-二氫-6-甲基萘-1,4-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (1).結論:該化閤物為一新化閤物,豐富瞭棉糰鐵線蓮的化學成分.
목적:연구면단철선련(Clematis hexapetala Pall.)적간조근급근경적화학성분.방법:이용용제제취、규효주색보화고효액상색보등기술진행분리、순화,근거이화성질화파보수거감정화합물적결구.결과:종중분리득도1개포도당기내류화합물,감정위5,8-이경-6-갑기내-1,4-이-O-β-D-포도당감 (1).결론:해화합물위일신화합물,봉부료면단철선련적화학성분.
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the roots and rhizomes of Clematis hexapetala Pall.. METHODS: The solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and pre-HPLC were used to isolate and purify the constituent, and various spectroscopic analyses were used to elucidate the structure. RESULTS: A glucopyranosyl naphthalene (1) derivative, 5,8-dihydro-6-methyl-1,4- β- D -diglucopyranosyl naphthalene has (1) been isolated from this plant. CONCLUSION: This compound is a new one, and this study enriched the chemical constituents of Clematis hexapetala.
