目的:探讨禁食与进食对胃溃疡伴出血患者胃内PH值的影响.方法:将64例胃溃疡并出血(非大血)患者分为实验组(30例)和对照组(34例),实验组患者给予进食冷流质食物(常温),对照组患者给予常规禁食直至出血停止,分别观察两组在留置胃管后每天胃液PH值的变化情况,采用抽取胃液(8Am、12N、5Pm、9Pm)作测定(试纸测定)并记录.
목적:탐토금식여진식대위궤양반출혈환자위내PH치적영향.방법:장64례위궤양병출혈(비대혈)환자분위실험조(30례)화대조조(34례),실험조환자급여진식랭류질식물(상온),대조조환자급여상규금식직지출혈정지,분별관찰량조재류치위관후매천위액PH치적변화정황,채용추취위액(8Am、12N、5Pm、9Pm)작측정(시지측정)병기록.
Objective:To investigate the impact of fasting and eating on the PH value of patients with gastric ulcer and hemorrhage.Methods:64 cases of patients with gastric ulcer and hemorrhage were divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (34 cases) , patients of the experimental group were given cold fluid diet (room temperature) , the control group were given conventional fasting until the bleeding stopped, ob-serving the daily changes of their gastric PH value after gastric tube were detained ,collecting gastric juice (SAm, 12N, 5Pro, 9Pro) for the assay (determination of test paper) and recording.
