[目的] 通过饲喂不同碘添加量的饲粮,探讨饲粮碘添加量与家兔肌肉、肝脏中碘蓄积量的相关性. [方法] 选用健康家兔84只,按性别对等原则分成7组.在基础饲粮中分别添加不同剂量的碘,屠宰后测定肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量.[结果] 随着饲粮中碘添加量的增加,肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量随之增加.当饲粮中碘添加量为0.2和0.4 mg/kg时,试验组肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量比对照组高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);当饲粮中碘添加量大于0.6 mg/kg时,试验组肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05).[结论]饲粮中碘添加量与家兔肌肉、肝脏中碘的蓄积量呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05).

[목적] 통과사위불동전첨가량적사량,탐토사량전첨가량여가토기육、간장중전축적량적상관성. [방법] 선용건강가토84지,안성별대등원칙분성7조.재기출사량중분별첨가불동제량적전,도재후측정기육화간장중적전함량.[결과] 수착사량중전첨가량적증가,기육화간장중적전함량수지증가.당사량중전첨가량위0.2화0.4 mg/kg시,시험조기육화간장중적전함량비대조조고,단차이불현저(P>0.05);당사량중전첨가량대우0.6 mg/kg시,시험조기육화간장중적전함량여대조조차이현저(P<0.05).[결론]사량중전첨가량여가토기육、간장중전적축적량정현저적정상관관계(P<0.05).
[Objective] Different levels of dietary iodine were fed to study the relevance of dietary iodine and rabbit muscle and liver accumulation.[Method] A total of 84 rabbit were selected and divided into seven groups according to the principle of sexuality reciprocity. The test groups were added different doses of iodine in the basic diet. The contents of iodine in the muscle and liver were measured. [Result] With the added amount of iodine in diet increased, muscle and liver in the iodine content also increased. When the adding amounts of dietary iodine were 0.2 mg/kg and 0.4 mg/kg, the iodine content of the test group in muscle and liver was higher than that of the control,and the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). When the amount of the dietary iodine was above 0.6 mg/kg, the iodine content of the test group in muscle and liver and the control group had significant difference (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Iodine content in diets had significant positive correlation to the accumulation of iodine in the muscle and liver.
