    目的 总结腹壁韧带样纤维瘤的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析广东医学院附属医院13年来34例腹壁韧带样纤维瘤诊治情况,并参阅相关文献.结果 34例患者均经手术及病理证实为腹壁韧带样纤维瘤,以腹壁肿块为首发症状,特点为浸润性生长,术前诊断考虑该病者19例,切除范围2 cm以上与2 cm以下(包括侵犯周围脏器)的复发率(1/19 vs 6/15)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),放疗也能减少术后复发率,复发患者再次手术均能切除或部分切除,无远处广泛转移.结论 腹壁韧带样纤维瘤病术前诊断有一定难度,确诊主要依靠病理检查,根治性手术切除是主要治疗方法.

    Objective To summarize the clinical features and treatment of desmoid tumor of abdominal wall. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 34 patients with desmoid tumor of abdominal wall in 13 years in our hospital, and refer to the relevant literature. Results Thirty-four patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Major complaint was abdominal mass. Tumor was characterized with invasive growth. Nineteen patients were diagnosed as the disease before operation. There was significant difference of relapse rate (1/19 vs 6/15) in resection range above 2 cm and below 2 cm(P<0.05). Radiation therapy can reduce the relapse rate. Recurrence patients can be re-resected by surgery, all patients without distant metastasis. Conclusions The diagnosis of desmoid tumor of abdominal wall have some degree of difficulty before operation, it rely mainly on pathology. Radical resection is the main treatment.
