目的 研究异甘草酸镁(MgIG)对70%肝部分切除小鼠的保护作用.方法 建立小鼠70%肝部分切除模型后,小鼠被分为生理水10 ml/(kg·d)对照组、MgIG低剂量30 mg/(kg·d)组、MgIG中剂量50 mg/(kg·d)组、MgIG高剂量70 mg/(kg·d)组,每组25只.测定各组术后1、2、3、5、7d的血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性,以评估肝功能;并测小鼠肝脏质量及体质量,以计算肝脏体质量比来评估肝再生.另以HE染色,采用光镜观察各组小鼠肝脏组织变化.结果 与生理盐水对照组比,MgIG可降低术后第1、2、3天的血清转氨酶水平(P<0.05),并提高术后第2、3天的肝脏体质量比(P<0.05).结论 在小鼠70%肝脏部分切除后,MgIG能维护肝细胞完整,并促进肝再生.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizina(MgIG)on hepatic injury induced by 70% partial hepatectomy in mice.Methods Mter suffered from 70% partial hepatectomy,the mice were divided into control group[treated with saline 10 ml/(kg · d) ],MgIG low dose group [30 mg/(kg · d)],MgIG middle dose group [50 mg/(kg · d)] and MgIG high dose group [ 70 mg/( kg · d) ].There were 25 mice in each group.On 1,2,3,5 and 7 days after 70% partial hepatectomy,serum activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in each group were measured to assess liver function.Meanwhile,liver weight and body weight were measured and the ratio of liver weight to 100 g body weight was caculated to assess the hepatic regenerative activity.Histological changes in livers of each group were observed by hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining.Results Compared with saline-treated control group,magnesium isoglycyrrhizina significantly decreased the serum ALT and AST activities on 1st,2nd and 3rd day after hepatectomy( P <0.05 ),significantly increased liver weight/100 g body weight ratio on 2nd and 3rd day after hepatectomy ( P < 0.05).Conclusions Magnesium isoglyeyrrhizina can keep hepatocytes intact and enhance hepatic regenerative activity in mice after 70% partial hepatectomy.
