为满足高性能战斗机电子设备及其它相关元件的制冷要求,在对其技术方案进行相关分析后,建立了各部件的数学模型,并通过Simulink工具构建空气循环/蒸发循环系统各部件的仿真模块.在此基础上,搭建了综合环境控制系统的仿真平台,可利用该仿真平台对空气循环/蒸发循环系统的性能进行预测和评估.仿真结果表明,空气循环/蒸发循环综合环控系统性能要好于传统的单一空气循环制冷系统,该仿真模型可供高性能战斗机环控系统的设计及研制阶段的性能评测之用.

In order to provide enough refrigerating output for the airplane subsystem that need to be cooled,simulation modules of the system components were built up by using MATLAB simulation tools and S-function after the system technique project was analyzed in order to get the simulation platform of environmental control system(ECS). This platform could estimate the system performance. The simulation results show that combined refrigeration system with ACS and VCS can work better than alone ACS and satisfy the needs of high-performance fighter aircraft. This method may be used in environment control system of advanced aircraft characteristic forecast and the analysis.
