Carrying out credit system is necessary for economic development, social progress, and the self-development of higher education. The credit system brings a new challenge for the traditional ideological and political education work in universities, and brings a great of impact to the assistant work. This paper analysis the challenge of university instructors＇ work under the credit system, effective countermeasures of university instructors＇ work was explored.
