目的 评估四川省汶川大地震后血吸虫病、疟疾、黑热病等重点寄生虫病传播风险和流行潜势. 方法 收集四川省2005-2007年和2008年1-6月血吸虫病、疟疾和黑热病传染病监测网络疫情直报系统和寄生虫病防治工作报表数据,采用描述流行病学方法对四川省近3年来重点寄生虫病疫情和震后流行因素进行分析. 结果 2005-2007年和2008年1-6月网络疫情直报系统显示,四川省血吸虫病报告病例数年均下降34.78%,受灾较重的安县、绵竹、什邡和彭州有血吸虫病病例和大范围的钉螺分布;疟疾报告病例数年均下降24.58%,地震发生后的6月,全省疟疾报告病例数较去年同期增加26.9%,受灾较重的成都、绵阳、德阳、阿坝、广元及雅安等地均有疟疾病例报告;黑热病2006年以后报告病例数有增多趋势,震后各地报告黑热病8例,地震前后茂县报告病例较为集中. 结论 四川省受灾地区由于自然、社会、生物等因素发生重大变化以及传染源依然存在,血吸虫病、疟疾和黑热病流行区存在较大的传播风险.

목적 평고사천성문천대지진후혈흡충병、학질、흑열병등중점기생충병전파풍험화류행잠세. 방법 수집사천성2005-2007년화2008년1-6월혈흡충병、학질화흑열병전염병감측망락역정직보계통화기생충병방치공작보표수거,채용묘술류행병학방법대사천성근3년래중점기생충병역정화진후류행인소진행분석. 결과 2005-2007년화2008년1-6월망락역정직보계통현시,사천성혈흡충병보고병례수년균하강34.78%,수재교중적안현、면죽、십방화팽주유혈흡충병병례화대범위적정라분포;학질보고병례수년균하강24.58%,지진발생후적6월,전성학질보고병례수교거년동기증가26.9%,수재교중적성도、면양、덕양、아패、엄원급아안등지균유학질병례보고;흑열병2006년이후보고병례수유증다추세,진후각지보고흑열병8례,지진전후무현보고병례교위집중. 결론 사천성수재지구유우자연、사회、생물등인소발생중대변화이급전염원의연존재,혈흡충병、학질화흑열병류행구존재교대적전파풍험.
Objective To evaluate the potential transmission and prevalence tendency of schistosomiasis, malaria and leishmaniasis in Sichuan Province after the Wenchuan Earthquake. Methods The epidemiological data and factors of schistosomiasis, malaria and leishmaniasis reported through the Infectious Disease Monitoring System and Parasites Diseases Annual Reports were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. Results The results showed that both schistosomiasis and malaria endemic situation in Sichuan Province declined with yearly average rate of 34.78% and 24.58% from 2005 to 2007, respectively. Both schistosomiasis cases and snails still distribute in An, Mianzhu, Shffang and Pengzhou County. After the Earthquake, there was an increase of 26.9% malaria cases in June compared to those reported in the same period of 2007, and malaria cases were found in cities of Chengdu, Mianyang, Deyang, Aba, Guangyuan and Yaan, respectively. The cases of leishmaniasis reported has increased after 2006 and 8 leishmaniasis cases were reported after the Wenchuan Earthquake which mainly distributed in Man County. Conclusion As the conditions of nature, society and biology have greatly changed and sources of infection still exist in disaster areas after the Earthquake, the transmission risk of schistosomiasis, malaria and leishmaniasis in endemic areas of Sichuan Province remains high.
