快速有效清除体内的凋亡细胞对多细胞正常生长发育和维持内环境稳定起着至关重要的作用.目前研究发现体内吞噬细胞通过磷脂酰丝氨酸受体识别凋亡细胞表面的磷脂酰丝氨酸而与之直接或者间接结合,从而使得凋亡细胞被吞噬清除.最新研究结果表明,T淋巴细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白基因家族可能是一个新的磷脂酰丝氨酸受体家族,参与体内凋亡细胞的识别与清除的调控.因而研究TIM基因家族与凋亡细胞间的相互关系,为进一步了解TIM基因家族在凋亡细胞的识别与清除中扮演的角色及其作用奠定了基础.

The efficient and rapid clearance of apoptotic cells plays a key role for the development and maintenance of tissue homeostasis in multicellular organisms.Recent studies find that the phosphatidylserine on the apoptotic cell surface is recognized directly or indirectly via different bridging molecules by diverse phagocyte receptors,through which the phagocytes engulf the apoptotic cells in vivo.The latest research results show that TIM genes may be a new family of cell surface phosphatidylserine receptors,which mediate the recognition and regulation of the removal of apoptotic cells.In this paper,progress on the study of the interaction between the TIM gene family and apoptotic cells was reviewed.
