以络合铁为脱硫液,在旋转填充床中,进行石油伴生气脱H_2S的实验.考察了石油伴生气流量、石油伴生气中H_2S的质量浓度、脱硫液流量、旋转填充床转速对H_2S脱除率(θ)和气相传质系数(K_Ga)的影响.实验结果表明,θ和K_Ga随脱硫液流量的增大而增加,随旋转填充床转速的增大先增加后降低,随石油伴生气中H_2S质量浓度的增大而降低.超重力络合铁法脱除H_2S较佳的工艺条件为:石油伴生气流量30~70 m~3/h,石油伴生气中H_2S质量浓度20~80 g/m~3,脱硫液流量0.5~1.0 m~3/h,旋转填充床转速900~1 100 r/min.在此条件下,θ稳定在 99.80%以上.
以絡閤鐵為脫硫液,在鏇轉填充床中,進行石油伴生氣脫H_2S的實驗.攷察瞭石油伴生氣流量、石油伴生氣中H_2S的質量濃度、脫硫液流量、鏇轉填充床轉速對H_2S脫除率(θ)和氣相傳質繫數(K_Ga)的影響.實驗結果錶明,θ和K_Ga隨脫硫液流量的增大而增加,隨鏇轉填充床轉速的增大先增加後降低,隨石油伴生氣中H_2S質量濃度的增大而降低.超重力絡閤鐵法脫除H_2S較佳的工藝條件為:石油伴生氣流量30~70 m~3/h,石油伴生氣中H_2S質量濃度20~80 g/m~3,脫硫液流量0.5~1.0 m~3/h,鏇轉填充床轉速900~1 100 r/min.在此條件下,θ穩定在 99.80%以上.

Pilot plant experiments for removal of hydrogen sulfide from oil-associated gas were performed by using high gravity complex iron solution in a rotating packed bed(RPB).Effects of oil-associated gas flow rate,mass concentration of H_2S in feed,complex iron solution flow rate and rotary speed of RPB on removal rate of H_2S and the gas phase mass transfer coefficient were studied.Removal rate of H_2S and the mass transfer coefficient increased with increasing of complex iron solution flow rate,increased firstly and then decreased with increasing rotary speed,and decreased with increasing of mass concentration of H_2S in feed.Optimal experimental conditions using the high gravity complex iron method in a RPB are as follows: oil-associated gas flow rate 30-70 m~3/h,mass concentration of H_2S in feed 20-80 g/m~3,complex iron solution flow rate 0.5-1.0 m~3/h,and rotary speed of RPB about 900-1 100 r/min.The removal rate of H_2S could be stable around 99.80% under the optimal experimental conditions.
