In this paper,allowing the coefficient β(t) ahead of linear term x′(t) to change sign.we study a kind of differential equation with a deviating argument as follows:x〃(t) + β(t)x′(t)+g(tx(t-τ(t))) =p(t).Some new results on the existence and uniqueness of periodic solution are obtained.
