This paper introduces DCS control logic design from the aspects of switch from Power frequency to frequency-variable, the automatic adjustment of the frequency converter, the related protection and others, during primary air fan frequency converting reconstruction. The energy-saving effect of adopting transducer fore-and-aft is compared, which has practical meaning on reducing Power Plant curl consumption and increasing unit running efficiency.
