目的应用改良的性生活质量调查表评价经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对中青年男性冠心病患者性生活质量的影响.方法以介入治疗成功病例78例和同期接受单纯药物治疗的冠心病病人80例为研究对象,采用回顾性问卷调查的方式调查患者在入院前及病人出院后6个月的性生活质量.结果介入治疗组及药物治疗组患者的性生活质量在出院后6个月优于人院前,差异有显著性(P＜0.01),介入治疗组患者性生活质量变化幅度高于药物治疗组患者的性生活质量变化幅度,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 PCI术治疗可以显著提高中青年冠心病患者的性生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on the sexual quality of life among young and middle-aged male patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) by using Sexual Life Quality Questionnaire(SLQQ).Mothods 78 patients cured by PCI were kept in operation group and the drug therapy group contained 80 patients.The sexual quality of life one day before hospitalization and six months after discharge was surveyed with a retrospective questionnaire in both two groups.Results The sexual quality of life in 6 months after discharge in both groups was better than before hospitalization (P＜0.01);the operation group improved more obviously compared to the drug group (P＜0.01).Conclusions PCI can significantly improve the sexual quality of life among young and middle-aged male patients with CHD.
