以长期定位试验为对象,研究了冬小麦-夏玉米轮作制度下,不同施肥处理对土碳、氮含量的影响.结果表明:不论是单独使用有机肥、单独施用化肥,还是有机肥配合化肥施用,都可以显著地提高土壤有机碳和全氮含量;其中,有机肥配合化肥施用的效果最明显;有机肥配合化肥施用以及单独施用高量有机肥可以明显地提高土壤碱解氮含量,单独低量施用有机肥处理和单独施用高量化肥处理基本维持土壤碱解氮含量没有明显变化,而单独施用低量化肥处理和不施肥处理(CK)使土壤碱解氮含量明显有所降低;长期有机肥配合化肥施用,可以使土壤C/N增加;农田生态系统对土壤肥力具有较强的保护作用.

A long-term experiment was conducted in Lou soil to study the impact of carbon and nitrogen content under winter wheat-summer maize rotation system with different fertilizer treatments. The results showed that: whether the use of organic fertilizer alone, separate chemical fertilizer or organic manure with chemical fertilizer, can significantly increase soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content;Among them, effect of organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer was the most obvious;the treatments of organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer application and separate high application of organic fertilizer can significantly increase the soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content. While with separate low application of organic fertilizer treatment and separate high level application of chemical fertilizer treatment alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content stood stable almost. But the use of separate low level of fertilizer application and no fertilizer treatment(CK) greatly decreased the soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content;and also, the soil C/N had increased, with long-term aplication of organic manure. So the soil agro-ecological system has a strong protective effect on soil fertility.
