采用半人工饲料混药法,观察了苏云金芽孢杆菌对初期性储粮害虫印度谷螟Plodia interpunctella (Hübner)幼虫生长发育的影响.结果表明:苏云金芽孢杆菌对印度谷螟幼虫的毒杀作用并不明显,当苏云金芽孢杆菌剂量≤20 000 IU/g时,处理7 d后对印度谷螟幼虫的毒杀率与对照没有显著差异;当苏云金芽孢杆菌剂量≥2 500 IU/g时,其对印度谷螟的化蛹和羽化均表现出明显的抑制作用.

채용반인공사료혼약법,관찰료소운금아포간균대초기성저량해충인도곡명Plodia interpunctella (Hübner)유충생장발육적영향.결과표명:소운금아포간균대인도곡명유충적독살작용병불명현,당소운금아포간균제량≤20 000 IU/g시,처리7 d후대인도곡명유충적독살솔여대조몰유현저차이;당소운금아포간균제량≥2 500 IU/g시,기대인도곡명적화용화우화균표현출명현적억제작용.
The influence of Bacillus thuringiensis on the growth and development of Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) larva was reported in this research by applying half manual feedstuff mixed with drug. The result indicated that Bacillus thuringiensis didn't have obvious poison effect against Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) larva.When the dosage concentration was no more than 20 000 IU/g, the Bacillus thuringiensis didn't markedly affect the survival of Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) larva,which is similar to the contrast group at 7 days. At the same time,when the dose was no less than 2 500 IU/g,Bacillus thuringiensis could markedly restrain the pupate and eclosion action of this pest.
