目的：探讨酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年6月～2013年12月收治的80例手足口病患儿为研究对象，将其按照时间的顺序平均分成A组与B组，各50例。A组患儿给予酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗，B组患儿给予常规手足口病疗法，观察两组临床治疗效果。结果 A组患儿临床治疗的起效时间、疱疹消失时间、食欲正常时间、体温恢复正常时间等均较B组短，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；A组患儿临床治疗总有效率为98.0%；B组患儿总有效率为76.0%，A组患者临床效果明显优于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患儿均未发生较严重的不良反应。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗手足口病的临床疗效较为显著，能在较短的时间内改善患者临床症状，值得应用推广。
목적：탐토락산사균활균산치료수족구병적림상료효。방법선취아원2012년6월～2013년12월수치적80례수족구병환인위연구대상，장기안조시간적순서평균분성A조여B조，각50례。A조환인급여락산사균활균산치료，B조환인급여상규수족구병요법，관찰량조림상치료효과。결과 A조환인림상치료적기효시간、포진소실시간、식욕정상시간、체온회복정상시간등균교B조단，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；A조환인림상치료총유효솔위98.0%；B조환인총유효솔위76.0%，A조환자림상효과명현우우B조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조환인균미발생교엄중적불량반응。결론락산사균활균산치료수족구병적림상료효교위현저，능재교단적시간내개선환자림상증상，치득응용추엄。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Clostridium butyricum viable bacteria powder in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods Eighty children with HFMD treated in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the study subjects and evenly divided into group A and group B according to the time sequence,with 50 children in each group.Group A received Clostridium butyricum viable bacteria powder treatment and group B received conventional HFMD treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results Group A was shorter than group B in the clinical treatment onset time,herpes disappearance time, normal appetite restoration time and normal body temperature restoration time, with statistically significant differences for all (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of group A was 98.0% and that of group B was 76.0%;Group A had significantly better clinical effects than group B,with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Neither group had severe adverse reactions. Conclusion In the treatment of HFMD, Clostridium butyricum viable bacteria powder shows remarkable clinical efficacy and can improve the patients’clinical symptoms in a short time,thereby worthy of promotion and application.
