目的 研究金银花水提液在体外对α-淀粉酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响.方法 用超声波处理和直接水煮制备金银花水提液,采用碘-淀粉比色法和PNPG法分别测定金银花水提液对α-淀粉酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响.结果 两种金银花水提液对α-淀粉酶的活性具有抑制作用,且抑制效果随提取液浓度的增加而增大;对α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性也有抑制,超声波处理的金银花水提液的作用能力较强.结论 金银花提取液在体外对α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性均有一定的抑制作用,因而金银花可能具有降血糖功能.

목적 연구금은화수제액재체외대α-정분매、α-포도당감매활성적영향.방법 용초성파처리화직접수자제비금은화수제액,채용전-정분비색법화PNPG법분별측정금은화수제액대α-정분매、α-포도당감매활성적영향.결과 량충금은화수제액대α-정분매적활성구유억제작용,차억제효과수제취액농도적증가이증대;대α-포도당감매적활성야유억제,초성파처리적금은화수제액적작용능력교강.결론 금은화제취액재체외대α-정분매화α-포도당감매적활성균유일정적억제작용,인이금은화가능구유강혈당공능.
Objective To study the effects of ultrasonic treatment and water boiled honeysuckle extraction on activities of amylase and α-glucosidase in vitro. Methods Honeysuckle extracts were prepared by ultrasonic treatment and direct water boiling respectively, then the effects of honeysuckle extracts on activities of amylase and α-glucosidase were determined separately by iodine-starch colorimetric technique and PNPG method. Results The results showed that both extracts inhititory effects on activities of amylase and α-glucosidase in a concentration dependent manner. While on α-glucosidase, ultrasonic processed honeysuckle extract showed stronger inhibitory effect. Conclusion Honeysuckle extracts have some inhibitory effects in vitro on the activities of amylase and α-glucosidase, indicating the honeysuckle may have function of reducing blood glucose.
