水泥稳定类基层材料的干缩收缩会引起路面开裂,进而严重影响路面使用性能。为减缓路面基层开裂现象,详细分析了水泥稳定类基层材料干缩机理和干缩影响因素,表明集料级配组成、含水率、水泥含量、施工质量、环境因素等,均对水泥稳定基层材料的干缩变形特性产生明显影响。在此基础上提出了减少水泥稳定基层材料干缩裂缝的方法。

The drying shrinkage of cement stabilized base material will cause pavement cracking, which seriously affects the pavement performance. In oder to reduce pavement base cracking, this paper analyses the drying shrinkage mechanism of cement stabilized base material and the influencing factors, and finds that such factors as aggregate gradation composition, moisture content, cement content, construction quality and environment have significant effects on the drying shrinkage of cement stabilized base material. The method to reduce drying shrinkage cracks is put forward based on the findings above.
