通过对东部几家纺织企业的实证调查发现,"用工难"是当前困扰我国许多纺织企业的普遍问题。本文从人力资源管理角度指出纺织企业应从人事调整、招聘录用、员工培训、薪酬福利、员工发展、工作环境等六个方面从根本上解决"用工难"问题。

Through the empirical survey of several textile enterprises in the east it was found that "employment difficulty" was the common problem of China's many textile enterprises.From the angle of human resource management,we pointed out that textile enterprises should fundamentally solve the problem of "employment difficulty" by personnel adjustment,recruitment and employment,employee training,pay and benefits,staff development and working environment.
