    Toll-like receptors(TLR)are responsible for the recognition of pattern-recognition receptors(PRR),they are thought to be crucial for mediating innate immune and adaptive immune responses.They can express on various cells,including dendritic cells(DCs).Here we review the relationship between TLR and DC and the role of TLRs interference in diseases treatment.
