利用正交试验方法对P110油管钢(P110钢)稀土渗铬工艺参数进行优化.结果表明:采用试验中的每组工艺参数,均可在P110钢表面形成连续、均匀、致密的渗铬层;以渗层的成分厚度(w_(Cr)≥12%)作为评价指标,得到的优化工艺参数为:温度1000℃,保温时间8h,催化剂含量3wt%,稀土添加量7wt%.

An orthogonal designing method Was used to optimize processing parameters of rare earth (RE) modified chromizing on P110 oil casing tube steel(P110 steel).The results show that the chromizing coating is available based on each processing parameter,the coating is uniform,continuous and compact.Taking the compositional thickness (w_(Cr)≥12%) as an evaluating indicator,the optimal process parameters are obtained as follows:chromizing temperature 1000℃,holding time 8h,and activator composition 3wt%,RE addition ratio 7wt%.
