目的通过对2006—2009年丽水口岸传染病监测结果的分析,了解丽水口岸出入境人员传染病感染现状,制定有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2006—2009年丽水国际旅行卫生保健中心的出入境人员传染病监测结果进行分析。结果2006—2009年共监测体检25817人次,共检出各类传染病2265例,总检出率为8.78%。其中HBsAg阳性1986例。检出率为7.69%;HCV—Ab阳性31例,检出率为0.12%;梅毒237例,检出率为0.92%;HIV—Ab阳性5例,检出率为0.02%;活动性肺结核7例,检出率为003%。结论出入境检验检疫部门应加强对出入境人员的传染病监测工作,加大传染病防治知识的宣传教育,提高出入境人员的自我防范意识,防止传染病在国际问的传播。

Objective: Through the analysis of the surveillance result of infectious diseases in Lishui Port during 2006- 2009, the thesis aims to analyze the incidence of infectious diseases among entry-exit people in Lishui Port and to provide reference to adopt available measure for prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods: The thesis analyzes the surveillance Result of infectious diseases of entry-exit people who were examined in Lishui International Travel Healthcare Center during 2006-2009.Results: During 2006-2009, a number of 25817 people were monitored and physically examined, in which a number of 2265 cases were detected in various types of infectious diseases, and the detection rate was 8.78%. There were 1986 HBsAg positive cases with 7.69% detection rate, 31HCV-Ab positive cases with 0.12% detection rate, 237 cases of syphilis with 0.92% detection rate, 5 HIV-Ab positive cases with 0.02 % detection rate, 7 active pulmonary tuberculosis cases with 0.03% detection rate.Conclusion: The entry-exit inspection and quarantine departments should strengthen surveillance of entry-exit people' s infectious diseases, enhance the publicity for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, improve entry-exit people' s awareness of self-protection, and prevent the spread of infectious diseases in the world.
