目的:测定不同生境条件下,黄芩根、茎和叶中黄芩苷的含量.方法:采用HPLC,Kromasil ODS柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(53∶47)为流动相,检测波长280 nm,线性范围0.124~0.93 μg,r =0.999 9,平均回收率98.17%,RSD1.3%(n=6).结果:不同生境下黄芩根的黄芩苷平均含量分别为6.79%,6.01%,5.49%,3.50%,4.38%、茎的黄芩苷平均含量分别为0.10%,0.08%,0.09%,0.06%,0.03%;叶的黄芩苷平均含量分别为0.27%,0.26%,0.15%,0.14%,0.09%.结论:本方法简便快速,稳定可靠,重现性好.相同产地不同生境中的黄芩及黄芩不同器官的黄芩苷含量间存在显著差异.
