目的:探讨安糖通痹方治疗大鼠糖尿病周围神经病变作用机制.方法:用小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的方法建立2型DPN大鼠模型,选取健康大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、安糖通痹方小剂量组、大剂量组和VitB12组,分别测定造模前后ET水平及NO水平,进行对比分析.结果:造模成功后各用药组血清NO水平明显低于正常组(P<0.05),ET水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05);经治疗后,安糖通痹方大剂量组的大鼠血清NO显著升高(与小剂量组、VitB12组比较,P<0.05),大鼠血浆ET显著降低(与小剂量组、VitB12组比较,P<0.05).结论:安糖通痹方可以升高血清NO水平,降低ET含量,具有对周围神经和血管的保护作用,且大剂量组效果优于小剂量组.

목적:탐토안당통비방치료대서당뇨병주위신경병변작용궤제.방법:용소제량련뇨좌균소(STZ)유도적방법건립2형DPN대서모형,선취건강대서50지,수궤분위정상조、안당통비방소제량조、대제량조화VitB12조,분별측정조모전후ET수평급NO수평,진행대비분석.결과:조모성공후각용약조혈청NO수평명현저우정상조(P<0.05),ET수평명현고우정상조(P<0.05);경치료후,안당통비방대제량조적대서혈청NO현저승고(여소제량조、VitB12조비교,P<0.05),대서혈장ET현저강저(여소제량조、VitB12조비교,P<0.05).결론:안당통비방가이승고혈청NO수평,강저ET함량,구유대주위신경화혈관적보호작용,차대제량조효과우우소제량조.
Objective: To investigate the effective mechanism of Antang-Tonghi Prescription for the treatment of the rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods: The 2 type DPN rat model were established by inducing with low dose of STZ. Fifty normal rats were divided into normal group, Antang-tonghi low dose group, high dose group and VitBn group, the levels of ET and NO were determined and compared. Results: After the success of Model establised, the NO level of medication groups were lower than that of normal group(P<0.01),the ET level of medication groups were higher than that of nromal group. After treatment, the NO level step up obviously in Antang-tonghi prescription high dose group, blood plasma ET decreased dis-tinctly. Conclusion: Antang-Tonghi precription can step up serum NO level, decreses the contents of ET, with protection of pe-ripheral nerve and vessel, and the effect of high dose group is better than that of low dose group.
