制备了3种新的稀土配合物LnAA(NO_3)_3·3C_2H_5OH·nH_2O(Ln=La,Ce,Eu,n=1或2).通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、差热-热重分析确定了该类配合物的化学组成.研究了积雪草酸稀土配合物与线粒体的相互作用和抑制食管癌细胞(Eca-109)增殖的能力.发现积雪草酸稀土配合物与线粒体有直接作用,且抗肿瘤活性明显强于配体,可能是一类以线粒体为靶点的抗肿瘤化合物.

Three lanthanide(Ⅲ) complexes LnAA(NO_3)_3·3C_2H_5OH·nH_2O(Ln=La,Ce,Eu,n=1 or 2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,molar conductivity,IR,and DSC-thermal analysis.The interactions between the complexes with mitochondria and the inhibition of complexes against the proliferation of esophageal cancer cells(Eca-109) were studied.The results showed that the lanthanide(Ⅲ) complexes could inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and interact with mitochondria directly.So the lanthanide(Ⅲ) complexes could be used as antitumor complexes to target mitochondria.
