目的 研究不同种氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)在肺癌(Ca)和动脉硬化性血管损伤性疾病(As)病人血液中的特异性变化,探讨不同种氧化低密度脂蛋白与肿瘤及动脉硬化发病之间的相互关系.方法 以临床确诊肺癌的16例患者为Ca组,12例患者为As组,选择健康大学生20名作为正常对照组.分别检测血浆内LPO含量、SOD活性及各组氧化脂质的峰线位置.结果 Ca组、As 组LPO含量与正常组比较差异有显著性,As组SOD活性与正常组比较差异有显著性;在薄层层析中Ca组、AS与正常组的过氧化低密度脂蛋白分布均有不同.结论 Ca与As患者和正常人比较其细胞氧化低密度脂蛋白代谢特征表现为代谢率增强,过氧化低密度脂蛋白具有不同的特异性变化.

Objective To study the distinctive change of different peroxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) in the blood of arteriosclerotic disease (As) and lung cancer (Ca). To investigate the correlation of different OX-LDL in As and Ca.Methods Objects were divided into three groups: patients diagnosed as lung cancer (Ca group);patients diagnosed as arteriosclerosis (As group);20 healthy students of university (control group). Low density lipoprotein (L-LDL) and high density lipoprotein (H-LDL) were collected from the plasma with ultracentrifuge method. The concentrations of LPO and SOD in plasma were examined. And the top line positions and the rough concentrations of OX-LDL were evaluated.Results Compared to control group, the LPO levels in As group and Ca group were significantly increased. The SOD level was significantly higher in As group than in control group. In the RIA, the distribution of Ca group and As group versus control group were different. Compared to control group, significant statistic differences were found in both of Ca group and in As group. But there was no statistic difference between Ca group and As group.Conclusion The metabolic rates of OX-LDL can significantly increase more both in Ca group and in As group than in control group, and the specific changes can be observed.
