从碱性土样中经分离筛选得到1株固态发酵产碱性内切聚半乳糖醛酸酶活力较高的菌株.经提酶条件优化得到较优的酶液提取提条件为30倍Na_2CO_3/NaHCO_3缓冲液提取1 h.从形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征以及分子生物学鉴定结果来看,该菌株属B.gibsonii.
從堿性土樣中經分離篩選得到1株固態髮酵產堿性內切聚半乳糖醛痠酶活力較高的菌株.經提酶條件優化得到較優的酶液提取提條件為30倍Na_2CO_3/NaHCO_3緩遲液提取1 h.從形態特徵、培養特徵、生理生化特徵以及分子生物學鑒定結果來看,該菌株屬B.gibsonii.

A bacterial strain highly producing alkaline endopolygalacturonase by solid-state fermentation was obtained from a sampie of alkaline soil.The recovery ratio of the enzyme from the isolate was the highest after 1 h of extraction in 30 volume of Na_2CO_3/NaHCO_3 buffer at 30℃.The isolate was confirmed to be a strain of B.gibsonii after identified by colony characteristics,morphological characteristics,physiologica and biochemical characteristics and molecular biology methods.
