采用不同的伪渗碳热处理工艺,研究了新型贝氏体渗碳钢的组织和力学性能及工业渗碳试验非渗层的组织.结果表明,常规正火热处理和不同的伪渗碳热处理后贝氏体渗碳钢具有良好的强韧性配合,伪渗碳工艺实验材料的组织和渗碳工艺中非渗层组织没有出现过分长大及粗化的情况.920℃×10 h降温至880℃空冷+680℃空冷+加热880℃空冷+200℃回火伪渗碳处理和渗碳热处理,实验材料才可获得良好的强韧性.
採用不同的偽滲碳熱處理工藝,研究瞭新型貝氏體滲碳鋼的組織和力學性能及工業滲碳試驗非滲層的組織.結果錶明,常規正火熱處理和不同的偽滲碳熱處理後貝氏體滲碳鋼具有良好的彊韌性配閤,偽滲碳工藝實驗材料的組織和滲碳工藝中非滲層組織沒有齣現過分長大及粗化的情況.920℃×10 h降溫至880℃空冷+680℃空冷+加熱880℃空冷+200℃迴火偽滲碳處理和滲碳熱處理,實驗材料纔可穫得良好的彊韌性.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of the new type bainite steel were studied by different pseudo-carburizing processes and the microstructure abtained by industrialized carburizing was also studied. The results show that carburizing bainite steel has better combination of strength and toughness by normalizing heat treatment and different pseudo-carburizing heat treatment, the microstructure obtained by pseudo-carburizing process and non-carburized layer in carburizing treatment has not excessive grain growth and grain coarsening, the testing material has better strength and toughness by pseudo-carburizing and carburizing treatment at 920℃× 10 h + 880 ℃ x 1 h aft-cooling + 680 ℃× 3 h aft-cooling +880 ℃×1 h air-cooling+ 200 ℃ tempering.
