目的 了解聘用护士工作业绩情况,分析影响聘用护士工作业绩的相关因素,探讨提高聘用护士工作业绩的有效措施.方法 采用自行设计的护士工作业绩量表和国际通用的工作压力源量表对189名聘用护士进行问卷调查.结果 (1)聘用护士工作业绩总均分为2.24±0.61.(2)聘用护士工作业绩与其年龄、学历、婚姻状况和所在科室无关,护龄、来院工作时间与工作业绩有相关性(P<0.05).(3)聘用护士工作业绩和职业压力呈负相关,其中工资和其他福利待遇与护士业绩呈正相关,护士社会地位与继续学历教育呈正相关,经常倒班与出现差错、事故及投诉也呈正相关.结论 聘用护士工作业绩不容乐观,极待改进.职业压力是聘用护士工作业绩低下的主要因素之一,建议管理者采取切实有效的措施,稳定聘用护士队伍,提高护理工作质量.

Objective To realize the working achievement of contracted nurses and analyze the effect factor and working achievement,explore to increase these effective step of working achievement of contracted nurses.Methods A total of 189 contracted nurses were investigated with questionnaire by international universal nurse work stress resource scale and own design working achievement resource scale.Results The average of working achievement was 2.24±0.61,there were no relationship between working achievement with their age,educational level,marriage state and working department.But it was positive correlation with nurse years and working years.There was negative correlation with occupational stress,and there were positive correlation between laborage and welfare with working achievement,condition with continuative education,often shift work with accident and charge.Conclusion Working achievement of contacted nurses is not optimism and must ameliorate actively.Occupational stress is a primary factor of contracted nurses low working achievement,however,the manager may adopt effective step,steady contracted nurses procession and increase working quality.
